Spc. Knowles was a member of the 1133rd Transportation Company out of Mason City, Iowa. Spc. Knowles as killed on February 5, 2004, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

While in high school, Joshua engaged in paintball battles with Families of the Fallen, Inc. committee member, Dustin Buck. We are so proud to remember him and honor his family at this festival.
